Consultation via Zoom

The completed Informed Consent forms were passed on to me. I provide a service for organizations where employees or candidates complete 3 assessments (online) and I submit a report that discusses the results.

Candidates don’t have access to the report directly but I offer a Zoom session to discuss the final report.

I use Zoom for online consultation. You'll receive an invitation link prior to the scheduled session. Click here to download the app from the Google Play store, and here to download from the Apple Store.

You will receive an email from "Q-Global" with instructions on how to complete one of the assessments (the 16PF). I will automatically receive the results of the 16PF once it's completed.

You will receive an email from me that includes a 12-digit code to redeem on the "UniquelyYou" website to complete the Spiritual Gifts Inventory. Click on this link and enter the 12-digit code: https://uniquelyyou.org/codes/activate/. You will be asked to create an account and may have to reclick on the link after you've created the account. I will automatically receive the results of the SGI once it's completed.

Here's the link to complete the Keirsey Temperament Sorter II: https://profile.keirsey.com/#/b2c/assessment/start. When you complete the assessment, you'll be assigned one of four temperaments (Artisan, Guardian, Idealist, Rational). Send that temperament type to me by replying to my email.
